Technicians
The install technicians at Power Home Technologies are not contractors like with some of the bigger companies, they are Power Home Technologies employees and will arrive at your home in a company vehicle and uniform. Prior to offering technician candidates a position at Power Home Technologies, we perform an extensive background check on each install technician. This is done by our company and the state agency that governs the alarm business in your state. We also require all of our install technicians to pass a drug screening before they are hired. Along with these practices, we have mandatory training for our technicians to maintain the best installation skills possible. We want you to feel 100% confident in our install technicians and their certifications.
Security Consultants
All of our security consultants are registered with the state agency that governs the alarm business in your state. Please ask to see their “state issued” ID badge. You should do this for any security company personnel that enters your home. They all have passed an extensive background check, drug screening, and a written test to become Power Home Technologies Certified as your security consultant. Not only do we have the best trained security consultants in the security industry, but on average our security consultants have been with the company for over 2 years, so you know your consulting with an experienced professional.
Management Team
The management team of Power Home Technologies has over 30 years combined experience in the home security business. Our managers are fully trained to assist you in designing your home security, business security, or closed circuit television systems. We require our management team to attend all continuing education meetings and any additional training that will help them teach their security consultants how to best protect what you value most.
